Professor Oyekunle Delivers 6th Inaugural Lecture, June 19

Professor Layioye Ola Oyekunle of the Department of Chemical Engineering, Faculty of Engineering, will deliver the sixth (6th) Inaugural Lecture in the 2018/2019 Academic Session of the University of Lagos on Wednesday, June 19, 2019 at at the J. F. Ade–Ajayi  Auditorium, UNILAG, Akoka    The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Oluwatoyin T. Ogundipe, FAS, will preside over the Lecture, titled: “The Great Giant and the Tumbling in the Downstream.”   Members of the University community and the general public are cordially invited.

Federal Government Declares Wednesday, June 12, Public Holiday

The Federal Government has declared Wednesday, June 12, 2019 as a public holiday in commemoration of the nation’s Democracy Day. Consequently, offices of the University would be closed on Wednesday. However, members of staff on essential services and those who are requested to be on duty by their Heads of Department/Unit should be at their duty posts.
