The Vice-Chancellor, University of Lagos, Professor Oluwatoyin T. Ogundipe, FAS, has approved the appointment of Professor Foluso Ebun Afolabi Lesi of the Department of Paediatrics, College of Medicine, University of Lagos as the Chairman, UNILAG Sports Council Board.
His appointment took effect from Sunday, May 1, 2022 till July 31, 2023.
Prof. Lesi is to, by virtue of this appointment, coordinate all sporting activities in the University, advise Senate on matters relating to the promotion of sports, oversee the implementation of policies as it relates to sports as well as prepare and present to the relevant committee, annual estimates of the Sports Centre among other duties as may be required.
