The Fourth (4th) University of Lagos (UNILAG) International Customer Service Week kicked off on Wednesday, October 4, 2023 with an Awareness Campaign and Rally
Anchored by the Quality Assurance and SERVICOM (QAS) Unit of the University, the rally commenced at the Senate House across the University. the Quality Assurance and Servicom Unit,
The QAS Director, Professor Olufemi Muibi Saibu; Chairman of the Week’s Local Organising Committee (LoC) and Deputy Director of QAS, Dr. Ayodele Omotayo along with other LoC members visited various Faculties, Units, and offices of management staff of the University, to sensitize them on the importance of this year’s event.

Themed “Team Service”, this year’s event afforded Professor Saibu and his team an opportunity to appreciate the entire University community for their dedication and selfless service to the development of the University through excellent quality service delivery.
According to the Director, “we cannot stop at this rate. As such, we should continue to seek best possible ways to ensure that the service of the university to its customers is improved upon”.
The Customers Service Week is an international celebration of the importance of customers as well as the people who serve and support customers on a daily basis. It is celebrated annually in October.
