Members of the University of Lagos community are hereby informed that the University Library is a member of Crossref International, a nonprofit open digital infrastructure organisation for the global scholarly research community.
This membership allows UNILAG Library access to generate Digital Object Identfiers (DOIs) for journal articles and books that have an existing web-page.
In view of the above, editors of Faculty/Department Journals are to send requests for DOI registration to the library via email: library@unilag.edu.ng
Kindly note that:
1. Articles for DOI registration should have been accepted for publication.
2. The request should be sent before production of the print copy.
3. Journal should have International Standard Serial Number (ISSN).
4. Journal must have a web presence.
