    1. Yes, they do. You should listen to the lecture, either physically or virtually through the Zoom link shared in this publication, to learn more about why Zoology is important and form part of the basics of scientific studies. This way, you will be able to acquaint yourself with why people still study this enlightening course of study.

  2. So Interesting!
This is an Essential Public Health matter I’d love to get involved…
I encourage a very high public participation.
    Kudos!

  3. Beautiful topic. I will join virtually. I want to know whether people confuse some activities of some parasites in man with ulcers.
Also I am shocked that a whole UNILAG is just delivering their 21st lecture in the Inaugural lecture series when other Universities have done over 300lectures. Not fair to most Professors in UNILAG

    1. Oh, I see where you got a bit confused. This is actually the 21st Inaugural Lecture in the series of Inaugural Lectures delivered in the 2024/2025 academic session of the University. The University of Lagos nomenclature for its Inaugural Lectures resets to number 1 every academic session. Should we keep a continuous count in our nomenclature, it would be in thousands by now.

  4. Congratulations!!!
May the good Lord our God grant you utterances as you expose human parasites.

  5. I especially miss my Alma mater, University of First Choice and the Nation’s Pride for this inaugural lectures. It’s always knowledge packed. I have nothing less than 20 inaugural lecture notes in my archive.

  6. This is a welcome development. I will be able to log in virtually to attend this inaugural lecture.

  7. Congratulations, sir. You have indeed made your impact in the field of Parasitology.
I have been trying to join the zoom but couldn’t succeed. I wish you success in the delivery of the inaugural lecture.
