The Maiden Faculty of Physical and Earth Sciences (FPES) Annual Lecture Series will hold on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the J.F. Ade–Ajayi (Main) Auditorium, UNILAG.
With the theme, “Industry and Academia: Understanding the Past to Improve the Future Interdisciplinary Collaboration and Engagement,” the lecture will bring together distinguished leaders from academia, government and industry to explore practical pathways for strengthening collaboration, driving innovation and advancing sustainable national development.
The event will feature the Executive Secretary of the Solid Minerals Development Fund, Hajiya Fatima Umaru Shinkafi, as the Keynote Speaker as well as other discussants drawn from leading organisations across the public and private sectors.
