Final-year students of the Theatre Arts Unit, Department of Creative Arts, University of Lagos are set to rock the stage with: LÁDÌGBÒLÙ on Friday, August 8, 2025, at 12noon (1st show) and 4:00p.m. (2nd show) at the Department’s Theatre Hall, UNILAG, Akoka.
LÁDÌGBÒLÙ is a powerful Yoruba historical drama that unearths the treachery buried beneath royal honor. The stage production is part of the students’ final examination for one of their courses: Special Practical Project (THA 487), and is expected to reflect the skills, creativity, and training the students have acquired over the course of their studies.
