DESCRIPTION:The Innovation and Technology Management Office (ITMO)\, of the University of Lagos (UNILAG) in collaboration with the African Technology & Innovation Institute (ATII) and Sabi Africa Network is set to launch an innovation series tagged: “From Africa to the World Innovation Series” \nThis visionary initiative is targeted at spotlighting Africa’s unique contributions to global innovation. \nWith the inaugural edition themed\, “Sustainable Innovations: Harnessing Indigenous African Science for Sustainable Innovations of the Future\,” this virtual event will explore the powerful synergy between indigenous African knowledge systems and contemporary scientific advancement. \nParticipants will gain invaluable insights into how traditional African science and technologies are shaping sustainable\, culturally grounded\, and eco-friendly solutions to today’s most pressing global challenges. \nThe keynote speaker is none other than Professor Rose-Margaret Ekeng-Itua\, Founder of ATII and Sabi Africa Network\, and one of Silicon Valley’s Top 100 Most Influential People.
