Activities line up for this year’s celebration include: \nDAY ONE: Tuesday\, October 6\, 2026\nEvent A: Media Engagement @ 9:00 a.m.\nEvent B: Awareness Walk/Campaign in Akoka\, Idi-Araba & Yaba campuses of the University. The take off time/point for Akoka campus is 11 a.m./Senate House Frontage \nDAY TWO: Wednesday\, October 7\, 2026\nEvent A: Presentation of QAS App (Your feedback hub!) at 10:00 a.m. at the Senate Chamber\, 2nd Floor\, Senate House\, UNILAG\nEvent B: Team Bonding Games and Exhibitionat 1:00 p.m. at the J. F. Ade. Ajayi (Main) Auditorium Foyer\, UNILAG \nDAY THREE: Thursday\, October 8\, 2026\nStakeholder’s Forum\, and Award and Prize-Giving Ceremony featuring presentation of awards to outstanding staff and departments/units of the institution\, in the area of service delivery at 11:00 a.m. at the J. F. Ade. Ajayi (Main) Auditorium\, UNILAG \nThe Customer Service Week is an international celebration of the importance of customer service as well as the people who serve and support customers on a daily basis.
