These forms are available for sale to interested applicants seeking transfer admission into the school. \nInterested applicants are to note the following:   \n\nVacancies exist only in Basic 8 (JS2) and SS1.\nApplication forms are available for sale from Monday\, July 28\, to Tuesday\, September 2\, 2025.\nBasic Entry Requirements:\nAge: Candidates seeking admission into Basic 8(JS2) must be 11years old by Friday\, October 31\, 2025\, while those seeking admission into SS1 must be 13 years old by Friday\, October 31\, 2025. Candidates are expected to bring original and photocopy of their birth certificate.\nBasic 8(JS2): Overall average of 50% including English Language and Mathematics in the annual assessment for JS1 (original copy for sighting and photocopy is required for submission).\n\n\nSS1: Minimum of 50%in overall performance\, including 50% in English Language and Mathematics in annual results for Basic 7 (JS1) and Basic 8 (JS2). The Conference\, with the theme: Advancing Sustainable Healthcare and Environmental Resilience in Africa: Integrating Health\, Ecology\, and Community Well-being\, is aimed at creating a platform for various healthcare providers and stakeholders in both clinical and academic/research settings to meet\, discuss research findings and promote evidence-based practice. \n\n\n\nAfIHC is an interdisciplinary/multidisciplinary health-focused international conference hosted annually in Africa.
