Professor Amuda Appointed Member of ANSTI Interim Governing Council

Professor of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering and Director, Centre for Information Technology and Systems, (CITS), Professor M. O. H. Amuda has been appointed as a Member of the Interim Governing Council of the African Network of Scientific and Technological Institutions (ANSTI).

This appointment is for a period of two years with effect from March 1, 2023.

ANSTI is a United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO)’s funded organization. It has the mandate to foster scientific and technological cooperation amongst African institutions for the development of human capacity in the field of basic and engineering sciences. The Organization has a membership of 200 institutions in 40 countries in sub-Saharan Africa.
