TCEBCEM UNILAG Gets New Director, Professor Liasu Adebayo Ogunkanmi

The TETFund Centre of Excellence in Biodiversity Conservation and Ecosystem Management (TCEBCEM), University of Lagos, has a new Director.

The newly appointed Director is Professor Liasu Adebayo Ogunkanmi of the Department of Cell Biology and Genetics, Faculty of Life Sciences, UNILAG. Professor Ogunkanmi’s tenure is for a period of two (2) years, with effect from September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2028.

The Vice-Chancellor, Professor Folasade Ogunsola, OON, FAS, on behalf of the Senate and the entire university community, congratulates Professor Ogunkanmi on his appointment and wishes him a successful tenure.
