UNILAG HOSTS 15TH ANNUAL ZOOLOGICAL CONFERENCE

The Department of Zoology, University of Lagos will be hosting the 15th Annual Conference of the Zoological Society of Nigeria (ZSN) as follows;

Theme:           The Role of Zoology in a Post COVID-19 Era.

Sub-Themes are;

  • Emerging Zoonotic and neglected Tropical Diseases
  • Environmental pollution and Emerging Pollutants
  • Conservation of Biodiversity: Evolving issues, perceptions and trends
  • Translating Zoological Research into Entrepreneurship and Policy
  • Contemporary trends in Zoology and,
  • Food Security in the Post COVID-19 Era

Date:   Sunday, November 27 to Wednesday, November 30, 2022.

Venue: Tolu Odugbemi Hall.

Time:  10:00 A.M. prompt.

Participants will also be on an Excursion to the Nigeria Conservation Foundation and the Omu Resort on Wednesday, November 30, 2022.
