The African Research Security Consortium (ARSC) invites members of the university community to its Bimonthly Webinar Series slated for Tuesday, June 30, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. WAT via Zoom Meeting ID: 813 9436 9597 and Passcode: 493216.
The webinar will feature a keynote presentation, titled: “Research Security: Protecting Open Science with Risk Awareness” by Joyelle Kalei Dominique, the Director of the Office of Global Research at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), a prominent division of the U.S. National Institutes of Health (NIH).
The ARSC is dedicated to promoting robust research security standards across African Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) and Research Producing Organizations (RPOs). The consortium operates in close collaboration with esteemed local and international partners, including:
- University of Lagos (UNILAG)
- University of Ibadan (UI)
- University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN)
- Sandia National Laboratories
- Pacific Northwest National Laboratory
- CRDF Global
